Delivery Information

It is important to us that from when you place an order to the day you receive delivery everything goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Our delivery team will take great care in ensuring that your goods are handled with care throughout every stage of the delivery process, to ensure that you are happy with the service provided.

What happens next

Once you have placed an order a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please bear in mind that this is usually a Monday to Friday service.

Where we deliver

We deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

Delivery cost

We offer a free local delivery service on all pallet orders within a 20 mile radius of our store based in High Ercall, Shropshire. For pallet deliveries outside of this radius there will be a small delivery charge. Please see the table below for further details on this.

On smaller items, to keep your costs down there is a small fixed rate charge depending on the size of the package delivered. Please refer to the table below.

Delivery date

Your delivery date will be provided at the point of sale. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days.

How we deliver

Your goods will be delivered on a 7.5 tonnes tail lift vehicle, please ensure that there is sufficient access for this size of vehicle to the property. Please make us aware if there are any restrictions on access, such as, narrow lanes and height restrictions etc. Once we arrive at your propery, the goods will be lowered using a tail lift and a member of our transport team will use a pump truck in order to get the goods to your property, please ensure that there is suitable access and that the route is free of obstacles. Please note that a pump truck will not work on soft or unsteady ground, so again please make us aware if there are any issues, such as a gravelled or uneven drive.

Please inspect the goods on delivery and sign the paperwork provided if you are happy. If there is any damage to the goods this should be noted on the paperwork and you should contact our office as soon as possible.
